A placement in the Sales Division at Mars will give you unparalleled exposure to one of the most vibrant and dynamic commercial environments in the FMCG industry. From the smallest corner shops to the country’s biggest supermarkets, our sales teams are responsible for working with retailers to develop, agree and implement strategies to deliver our market leading brands to the nation. From negotiating financial agreements with buyers, to landing new product launches, to delivering in store shopper marketing and promotions, this is business management on a huge scale.
From day one, you will be treated as a Mars associate. These 12 month placements are designed for enthusiastic and passionate students, who want to test and develop their business skills and theory in the real world.
